Enjoying Endless Winter
Well, there is a concept! In the midwest, anyway, it has been spurt after spurt of below zero temperatures. This can put the most cheerful person into the dumps quick.
So, what do we do about it? We obviously cannot change the outside so that means we have to change the inside. In this case, inside means our thought patterns and attitudes. ( I am anxious to see what I write next as the winter has been getting to me!)
What would be antidotes to this weather!
Following are twenty five words to spark us all into a better frame of mind:
- Music
- Laughter
- Light
- Sleep
- Reading
- Conversation
- Smiles
- E-mail
- Breathing
- Exercise
- Colors
- Haircut
- Lotion
- Photos
- Fire
- Scrapbooks
- Learning
- Water
- Daydreaming
- Birds
- Drawing
- Whistling
- Knit
- Stretching
- Scenery.
This is what I came up with- what would your list look like?
