A MESSAGE FROM MARY MCGRATH
Coming Out of the Starting Gate
Congratulations to all of us! By now we have passed the first part of fall when everything starts up again. It is quite a transition to regroup and adapt to keeping a whole new schedule and relating to a completely new “group of groups”.
We may experience fatigue and a sense of overload. Perhaps we would be wise to remember that the new routine will soon become old hat and we will adapt. In so doing, especially if we put effort into diet and exercise and also aim for more sleep, we will regain our equilibrium.
In the meantime, perhaps it is best to take a deep breath here and there, pause and regain focus on occasion and to reposition the muscles of our face into a smile.
We are out of the gate and off! Yes!
